1. PRICES:

Prices in this catalogue are subjected to change without prior notice.
All prices quoted at any time, excludes VAT
This price list replaces all previous price lists and arrangements.

2. TRANSFER OF TITLE:

Akwa shall retain ownership of goods until goods have been paid for in full.
Damaged goods must be reported in writing, within 24 hours after receiving goods.
Damaged goods must be returned with full packaging and all components.
Handling fee of 15% will be charged on goods returned for credit. No cash refunds.
No "shop-soiled" goods will be accepted for credit.
A penalty fee of R100.00 will be charged on R/D cheques to cover costs.

3. DELIVERIES:
All orders strictly C.O.D.
No post dated cheques accepted.
No settlement discounts allowed.
Interest will be charged on accounts that have been paid late for some reason at 1.5% per annum.
Minimum order of R1000.00 (excl. vat) for deliveries by our own vehicles.
For outlying areas a courier service will be used at no extra cost if the order is above a set amount agreed upon by both parties. (Please confirm amount)

NO REPRESENTATIVE OF AKWA IS ENTITLED TO VARY ANY OF THESE CONDITIONS UNLESS AUTHORISED IN WRITING BY MANAGEMENT.
